No Refund or Exchange Policy

No Refunds or Exchanges

• Final Sale: All items purchased on our website, including event tickets, apparel, accessories, cigars, and other products, are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Event Tickets: Tickets purchased for events hosted by Luxe Cigar Lounge are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are available for the event date before purchasing.
• Apparel and Accessories: All sales of apparel and accessories are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to sizing or preference. Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
• Cigars: Due to the perishable nature of cigars and tobacco products, all cigar sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Credit

• Store Credit Eligibility: In certain circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Luxe Cigar Lounge, a store credit may be issued for approved returns. Store credit is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Requesting Store Credit: To request store credit, please contact our customer service team at contact@luxecigarlounge.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of your request. If approved, you will receive a store credit for use on future purchases.

Additional Information

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@luxecigarlounge.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
• Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for all store credit requests. Please retain your order confirmation email and receipt.
